WiFi / internet connection is available at the farm, though it is not as fast as you think. Remember, we are at the farm at a ridge. Though mobile data works just fine.
Farm Ridge has a reserved parking space for guests near the highway. This is where the guests can leave their cars in case they opt to be picked up by service vehicles of Farm Ridge since the road to the farm is a bit uphill and rough.
Just a short history, Pantabangan, discovered on November 30, 1645 by Fr. Juan Alonzo de Abarca, an Augustinian priest involved in the 29th Spanish mission in the Philippines, is a first-class municipality in the province of Nueva Ecija. It is situated at the foot of Mt. Mabilog, below Mt. Dalimanok, which is found between the Sierra Madre and Caraballo Mountain ranges.
Are you up for some kind of adventure? Then, the trail to Awitan Falls is right for you! As the old saying goes, “There’s no elevator to success, you need to take the stairs,” well here, you need to go for a long arduous journey before you get to experience the beauty of Awitan Falls. The trail is only a short 35-minutes but there is an exciting part that requires a rope or what locals call “baging” to land on the rock formation where the Awitan Falls hit the ground. The trail crisscrosses forests and plantations and includes some intermediate difficulty sections. The hardest part is trekking along the narrow trail, but there are trees and “baging” where you can cling while journeying.
Most people that are physically fit will find the trail to Awitan Falls normal.
Farm Ridge by Desmond Farm has a newly open restaurant and a 360-degree view of mountains and lakes while dining.

Guest reviews are written by our customers after their stay at Maharlika Cabin.
We loved everything the moment we stepped in our cabin (Maharlika Cabin). Though there are few suggestions we would like to make which I will enumerate on the separate box provided. The cabin just opened a week ago so technically, everything is still new. The entire cabin is clean especially the toilet and the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The staff are generally friendly and approachable and immediately attend to our needs. There are lots of services offered but with extra charge. We all had a good sleep and we woke up with sea of clouds! Feels like we were in Baguio City for a while. It was so cold even without air conditioner. And, we liked the Tapsilog! Thank you to the staff for attending our needs.
For the improvement of your service, I would like to respectfully comment on the following: Staff (8 out of 10) As I have mentioned, in general, they are friendly and approachable. I just didn't like it when I asked "Ay may bayad ba yung paghatid at sundo? The front desk staff answered me "Lahat po ng customers alam po yun" as if implying that I'm just the only who does not know. Services (9 out of 10) I didn't score it perfectly as I think there are services that shall be offered for free. More details on the next comment: Value for Money (7/10) I scored this the least because aside from the cabin, there are extras that are being charged. This will serve as information also to future guests so that they know what to expect. The website has details on the "extra items" that are being charged but we'd like to suggest that the pickup service will be free of charge for guests availing the overnight stay in the cabins. It is not the guests' fault that the road to the Farm Ridge can only be travelled through 4x4 vehicles. As much as we wanted to take our pick-up with us, we were not able to do so. We had no choice but to call them for us to be picked up. I hope this can be considered in the future. Electric kettle also has a P100 charge and this is not included in their website. The grill is P300 but the charcoal is not included. They charge another P50 for this. We thought that the P300 charge for the grill includes charcoal already, but not. If you have extra pax, ask for extra beddings/pillow because they will charge you P300 regardless if you avail these or not. So might as well avail these para sulit. General suggestions: 1. There shall be complimentary breakfast even for 2 pax only especially for the most expensive cabins. 2. There shall be a tissue paper in the toilet. 3. The pool tiles are kind of slippery. 4. There shall be chairs and a coffee table inside the cabin. 5. There shall be a trash can inside the cabin aside from the bins provided outside. These suggestions are what we think will help the management improve the service. We hope they consider these. Thank you so much!
