Since the start of our Farm Ridge by Desmond Farm operation, we received inquiries for booking with 20 plus daily average email messages and 60 plus daily average Facebook messages. With the help of the Department of Tourism and other media influencers, we have gained good insights and analytics from our Facebook page and gain positive feedback from vlogs and social media posts.

Minimum per investor is Php 500,000 at 2,000 pesos per share or equivalent to 250 preferred shares. You will get a potential 20% to 30% ROI per year in dividend and investment is backed by the actual assets on real properties. Equity share in the company will be paid in quarterly dividends and calculated by accountants and disbursed accordingly. Financials will be managed by company-appointed accountants and independently reviewed.
