House Rules

Sabbath Rest

Farm Ridge Sierra 360 Café & Restaurant are closed from Fridays (5:30 pm) to Saturdays (6:00pm) in accordance to the observation of Sabbath as our day of rest and worship. Day tours and farm activities will not be entertained during the said hours. Guests checking in on Friday until Saturday may pre-order their food at our restaurant. Please note that only those who have pre-ordered food will be accommodated by Sierra 360 Restaurant. Also, requests for utensils and other cooking stuff will not be entertained during the said hours. Bringing food from outside is not advised. A corkage fee will be charged amounting to P1,000.00.

Booking Guidelines

You may only input up to the regular number of guests per cabin. Additional guest is allowed but with additional payment that can be settled upon checkout. Children 6 years old and below are free. For guests who will request extra beds: P500 /pax.

Cancellation & Reservation

A 33% reservation fee should be made in order to secure the booking. This amount will be deducted from the guest’s total payable upon check out. In case a guest cancelled his/her reservation, this amount will not be refunded as this will serve as the cancellation fee.

Free Parking, Pickup Service & Internet

Farm Ridge has a reserved parking space for guests near the resort. This is where the guests can leave their cars in case they opt to be picked up by service vehicles of Farm Ridge. WiFi / internet connection is available at the farm, though mobile data works just fine. Farm Ridge will not assume responsibility for valuables or money lost from cabins.

Smoking, Alcoholic Drinks & Pets

This is a NON-SMOKING cabin. Smoking inside the cabin is subject to a P1,000.00 fine. For safety, though we allow alcoholic beverages, this should be in moderate consumption (300mL per pax). Pets are allowed, but only those small and tamed pets. Pets are subject to a separate fee of P300.00 each. Damage to cabin facility and property caused by guests or pets will be charged at the discretion of Farm Ridge Management.

Health Protocol

All guests are required to log on contact tracing form. All rooms will be sanitized through cleaning and disinfection. Pool water is replace everyday or every change of cabin guests. Number of guests inside the resort is very limited.

Policies raised by the Management

In the dynamic world of business, changes are inevitable. For example, market inflation prompts management to adjust their strategies. To keep our valued guests well-informed and guided, we provide updates on policies and charges set by management.


If you wish to cook in the cabin, we have rental cooking equipment available:

  • Griller with charcoal: PHP 300
  • Butane stove: PHP 350
  • Kettle: PHP 200

Additionally, please be aware that due to electricity shortages, we kindly request that electric appliances brought or borrowed by our guests have charges.

Food and Appliances, You can bring your own food. Please take note of our additional charges. 😊

  1. Bringing heavy meals – 300 pesos (ALL IN)

We warmly welcome your furry friends to our facility, as we understand how important pets are to your family. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you take care of your pets and help us maintain the cleanliness of the place.

To cover the additional care and maintenance required to keep our facility pet-friendly, there is a nominal charge of 300 pesos per pet for overnight stays. This fee helps us provide a comfortable and hygienic environment for all our guests, including those who travel with their pets. It ensures we can continue offering a high standard of cleanliness and care, benefiting everyone who stays with us. However, if you are visiting for a day tour, we are pleased to inform you that there is no extra charge for bringing your pet along. We want to make your day trips as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible, allowing you and your pet to fully enjoy our amenities without any additional costs. By adhering to this policy, we aim to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all our guests, both human and animal. Your cooperation in taking care of your pets and keeping the area clean is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain the quality and comfort that our guests expect.

Add pax
If the number of guests exceeds the designated capacity for each cabin, an extra fee of 500 pesos per additional guest will be charged. This fee covers the cost of allowing the extra guest to enter the premises, use the electricity, and enjoy the pool facilities. The fee is specifically for access and usage of the amenities provided.

In order to maintain a high standard of service and to cover the costs associated with providing extra amenities, the following charges are applied for any additional requests:

  • Extra Blankets: There is a charge of 100 pesos per blanket. This fee covers the cost of cleaning and maintaining the quality of the blankets for future use.
  • Extra Pillows: There is a charge of 50 pesos per pillow. This fee helps us ensure that we can supply clean and comfortable pillows as needed.
  • Extra Towels: There is a charge of 50 pesos per towel. This fee goes towards the laundering and upkeep of the towels, ensuring they are fresh and hygienic for every

Pool problems
We strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests. However, we would like to inform you that our pool is filled with natural water and is not treated with chemicals. This approach aligns with our commitment to providing a more natural and environmentally friendly swimming experience.

If you arrive and find that the pool is not as clean as expected, please understand that due to the natural state of the water, it may occasionally require additional attention. We are dedicated to addressing any concerns promptly. Should you notice that the pool needs cleaning, you are welcome to request cleaning services at the reception area.

Our staff will promptly respond to your request to ensure the pool is clean and ready for your enjoyment. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the natural beauty and cleanliness of our facilities.

We understand that a refreshing dip in the pool is an essential part of your stay, and we strive to ensure that our pool is always ready for your enjoyment. However, there may be instances when you arrive and find that the pool has not yet been filled with water.

Please be aware that our facility relies on external water suppliers to fill the pool, and occasionally, there may be delays due to water shortages or supply issues beyond our control. Rest assured, we are committed to addressing this promptly and will do our utmost to fill the pool as quickly as possible.

If you encounter this situation, please notify our reception area immediately. Our staff will communicate with our water suppliers to expedite the process and keep you updated on the status. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve any delays and ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable experience with us.

Downpayment Policy

To ensure your reservation is secured, we require a non-refundable down payment of at least 33% at the time of booking. Given the high demand for our accommodations, this policy operates on a “first payment, first serve” basis. By making this down payment, you guarantee your spot and help us manage our bookings more efficiently, ensuring that we can accommodate as many guests as possible.

Rebooking Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, rebooking is strictly limited to one instance per reservation. If you need to make any changes or updates to your booking, please inform us at least 7 days before your check-in date. This advance notice allows us to adjust our schedules and availability accordingly, ensuring that we can continue to provide excellent service to all our guests.

Aircon Cabins
Please be informed that our place is cold every “Ber” month (September, October, November, and December).

Our Cabanas and Chalet accommodations do not have air conditioning; they are equipped with electric fans only. On the other hand, our Grande and Cortijos units come with air conditioning in only one room.

Room Charge

We charge a fee of 200 pesos for room service to cover the additional effort required from our staff. Despite challenging weather conditions or other situations, our staff goes the extra mile to ensure your meal is delivered to your room promptly and in optimal condition. This fee helps us maintain the high standard of service you expect from us.

For your convenience and to enjoy your meal freshly prepared, we recommend dining in our restaurant whenever possible. This ensures a delightful dining experience and supports our efforts to provide exceptional service throughout your stay. Your understanding and support in this matter are greatly appreciated as we strive to enhance your overall experience with us.

Comfort Room
If you notice that the comfort room (restroom) occasionally has an unpleasant odor, please be assured that our engineering team is committed to resolving this promptly. Upon receiving your report, they will take immediate action to address the issue.

In such cases, we kindly ask that you inform the reception desk as soon as possible. They will arrange for you to be transferred to another room where you can enjoy a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

Other Problem

Please be informed that our location is nestled within a mountain range, which offers a unique natural setting but also comes with certain environmental factors beyond our control.
